In 2005, Eric Goldfarb took a leap—leaving behind a long career in Manhattan’s commercial real estate world to build something of his own. What started as a single executive office suite was never just about office space; it was about creating an environment where people felt comfortable, supported, and set up to succeed.
As the business grew, so did the family’s role in it. Alongside Eric, his wife, Lauren Goldfarb, has been an integral part of the business from the very beginning. What was once one person’s vision gradually became a shared effort, with each member of the Goldfarb family bringing their own strengths into the fold. Today, that includes their daughters, Courtney Goldfarb and Nicole Goldfarb, along with Courtney’s husband, James Turner IV, whose backgrounds in design, branding, and operations have helped shape the next chapter of the business. Together, the family blends experience, creativity, and a hands-on approach to continue evolving and improving each property.
