How much is the rent of an office?

Office rates vary based on size and location. We offer a range of suites from approximately 90 to 375 square feet. Average monthly rates are around $950 across all locations.

What are the typical lease durations?

Our standard office agreements are based on a 12-month lease term. A 6 month lease increases the monthly rent by $50 per month. A month-to-month lease term is $100 more per month.

What kind of flexibility is offered on the leases?

We offer flexible leasing options designed to accommodate your business needs, including the ability to upgrade, downsize, or add services as your requirements evolve. If space is available we can transfer tenants to another office or building mid-term.

What comes with the a standard 1-year lease?

A standard lease includes a fully serviced, furnished, move-in ready office. The lease is inclusive of 3 hours meeting room usage, all CAM charges, and utilities. Access to high-speed internet, common areas, and on-site administrative and receptionist support are also included. Option to customize and add additional amenities to your lease are available.

How do I access my private office?

Every tenant will receive a key to the property exterior doors in addition to their private office keys. The properties are open Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Outside of these hours, tenant are still free to enter and use their office and common areas.

These fully furnished spaces are configured with a desk, credenza, desk chair, and two guest chairs. Simply bring your computer or log in on the monitor and get to work.
